Tactical Ability Group is a registered NDIS provider based in Western Sydney, delivering ethical, participant‑led supports for people with disability and those navigating complex life transitions.

We currently deliver the following NDIS‑funded supports:

  • Independent Support Coordination: Supporting participants to understand, implement, and use their NDIS plans effectively, while coordinating services in line with participant choice and consent.

  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Support:Assisting participants to explore SDA options, prepare for transitions, and coordinate supports related to specialist housing — without pressure, bundled services, or conflicts of interest.

  • Life Stage Transitions & Capacity Building

Providing practical support during periods of change, including housing transitions, service changes, and complex support environments.
